What it looks like to receive the gospel of Jesus:

1. You have a broken heart for your sin. You see the ways that your sin has hurt others, yourself, creation and has separated you from a Holy God. You recognize that in your sinful condition you cannot save yourself.

2. You believe that Jesus is God in flesh, who has lived a perfect life, died on the cross for your sin, and the sins of the world, buried sin in the grave and rose victorious over death 3 days later.

3. You accept Jesus’ free gift of salvation (Eph. 2:8) and want to wholehearted make Him Lord of your life (Matthew 16:24-27).
